OracleOfManu.ro accepts the return of products within 14 calendar days of receiving the product under the following conditions:

• Valid only for individual customers.
• Valid for online, telephone orders as well as those made in our stores.
• The returned products show no signs of use, are in perfect working order, have the original packaging and accessories in perfect condition.
• The product must be accompanied by the invoice and other documents received in the original.

OracleOfManu.ro will return to the customer the value of the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the return. The method of return will be made by bank payment order after accepting the returned products.

The shipping cost is borne by the customer.

The products will first be checked by the OracleOfManu team.

In the case of observing deficiencies in operation due to use or deficiencies in the appearance of the product, OracleOfManu.ro may refuse the return.

Returning products under warranty:

• Products can be returned in person or by express courier.
• The return payment is borne by the customer.

Necessary steps for returning products:

• Complete the return request form from your customer account.
• Send the product to the address: Tudor Vladimirescu street, nr 54 FF, Sat Bod, Judetul Brasov
• After receiving the products, we will analyze and notify you about the status of the return.
